The application will let the Rental Coordinator / Manager / Yard Person log in using corporate credentials. Once logged in they will be able to ship EMR:
- Equipment shipping process at a dealership
- Shipping itself covers various business scenarios, which are detailed in the below chapters, but the most common ones are Rental outbound deliveries to the customer or a jobsite, inbound delivers from the customer or from a jobsite and Sales or Rental internal movements between warehouses.
- Equipment receiving process at a dealership
- Receiving itself covers various business scenarios, which are detailed in the below chapters, but the most common ones are the receiving leg of the Rental outbound deliveries to the customer, inbound delivers from the customer or from a jobsite, inbound delivery from a vendor and Sales or Rental internal movements between warehouses.
- User will be able to create receiving record or EMR based on the rental contract and the EMR Status Setups
